IATLAS TERMS OF USE

iAtlas provide access to a GPS location platform. By using the iatlas.us website and the services (defined in this document), you accept these terms of use. Be sure to familiarize yourself with these terms

Acceptance of Terms

Please review the following terms of use (“Terms of Use”), which govern your use of the following:

  • http://www.iAtlas.us (“iAtlas.us”), app.iAtlas.us, and all other applications, channels and platforms through which the IAtlas Services (defined below) are offered (collectively the “IAtlas Products);
  • The IAtlas Device, a product offered through the IAtlas Web Products, and the IAtlas Device Services, as well as all other related products and services provided or offered (collectively the “IAtlas Services” or “Services” or “IAtlas Technology”).

The IAtlas Web Products and Services are products of B2C Consulting, a Colorado Corporation (“B2C”). These terms of use form an agreement between you and B2C Consulting Inc that governs your use of the IAtlas Web Products and Services. Some aspects of the IAtlas Web Products or Services may be available without need to sign in, and others may be accessible only after you sign in. Please read the requirements of these Terms of Use carefully. Your use of or registration for any IAtlas Web Products or Services will constitute your agreement to comply with these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with and comply with these Terms of Use, please do not use iAtlas.us, or the IAtlas Mobile App, or any other IAtlas Web Products or Services, and please exit iAtlas.us, app.iAtlas.us, or the IAtlas Mobile App immediately.

Modification to the Terms of Use

B2C Consulting Inc may, in its sole discretion, modify these Terms of Use at any time. Each time you access iAtlas.us or the IAtlas Mobile App, or utilize any of the IAtlas Products or Services, you will be deemed to have accepted any such changes. But any changes related to the dispute resolution provisions set forth in Jurisdiction and Governing Law will not apply to any disputes for which the parties have actual notice on or before the date the change is posted on the Website. If we do modify these Terms of Use, we may (at B2C’s discretion) provide you no notice, or notify you of such changes via e-mail at the e-mail address you provided to B2C Consulting Inc at the time of registration. Termination of Your Use Your failure to comply with these Terms of Use may result in suspension or termination of your access to the IAtlas Web Products or Services, without notice, in addition to any other remedies available to B2C. B2C Consulting Inc may also terminate, without notice, your access to or use of the IAtlas Web Products or Services for any reason whatsoever.

Termination of IAtlas Web Products and Services

B2C Consulting Inc may at any time and without notice, terminate iAtlas.us, the IAtlas Mobile App, or any other IAtlas Web Products or Services, in part or in entirety. B2C Consulting Inc shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension or termination of the IAtlas Products or Services. If B2C Consulting Inc permanently terminates IAtlas Services, and you have paid fees for services not yet delivered, you will be refunded those fees on a pro rata basis, from the date of termination.

Privacy Policy

Please read our Privacy Policy, available at iatlas.us to better comprehend how we collect and use your personal information. Your use of the IAtlas Web Products or Services also constitutes your agreement to our Privacy Policy.

B2C Consulting Inc Ownership

iAtlas.us, the IAtlas Mobile App, and all other IAtlas Web Products or Services are owned and operated by B2C. Unless otherwise noted, B2C Consulting Inc either owns or has otherwise obtained a license from a third party to use: the design and content of iAtlas.us and the design and content of the IAtlas Mobile App, including illustrations, images, artwork, graphics, photography, product layout and design, icons, navigational buttons, audio, software, text, data, and other information and materials as well as the assembly and arrangement of those components (the “IAtlas Content”). The IAtlas Products and Services, as a whole and in part, are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property and other proprietary rights. All rights are reserved.

Unauthorized Use Prohibited

You agree not to make unauthorized use of Website content by publication, re-transmission, distribution, performance, caching, or otherwise, except as permitted by law or as expressly permitted in writing by these Terms of Use or by B2C. B2C Consulting Inc will investigate all unauthorized and other illegal uses of the site, and take appropriate legal action as it deems appropriate, including without limitation, the pursuit of all available civil, injunctive, and criminal remedies. Illegal and unauthorized uses of the IAtlas Web Products and Services include, without limitation, efforts to collect usernames or email addresses of users for the purpose of sending unsolicited email and the unauthorized framing of or linking to the site.

Current, Accurate and Complete Information Required

When you create an account through the IAtlas Web Products or Services, complete a transaction, or register for the IAtlas Web Products or Services or some of the resources offered, you may be asked to provide certain registration details or other information. It is a condition of your use of the IAtlas Web Products and Services that all the information you provide is accurate, current and complete, and that you will update all such information to keep it current, accurate and complete.

Eligibility to Use This Site

The IAtlas Web Products and Services are not intended for users under the age of 18. To register for any Services offered through the Website, you must be 18 years of age or older. If you are a minor under the age of 18, you may only use the IAtlas Web Products and Services in conjunction with your parents or guardians. B2C Consulting Inc does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from users under the age of 18. Children under 18 should not send any information about themselves to the Website. If a child under 18 submits information through any part of the Website, and B2C Inc becomes aware that the person submitting the information is a child, we will attempt to delete this information as soon as possible. If you are under the age of 18, you may use the IAtlas Web Products and Services only if you are an emancipated minor or possess legal parental or guardian consent, and are fully able and competent to enter into the terms, conditions, obligations, affirmations, representations, and warranties set forth in these Terms of Use, and to abide by and comply with these Terms of Use.

Registration

You will need to provide us with your name, e-mail address, and certain other information to register with us. We will assist you in creating a user id and a password to protect your account information.

If you choose, or are provided with, a user name, password or any other piece of information as part of our security procedures, you must treat such information as confidential, and you must not disclose it to any other person or entity. You also acknowledge that your account is personal to you and agree not to provide any other person with access to this Website or portions of it using your user name, password or other security information. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your user name or password or any other breach of security. You also agree to ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session. You should use particular caution when accessing your account from a public or shared computer so that others are not able to view or record your password or other personal information.

We have the right to disable any user name, password or other identifier, whether chosen by you or provided by us, at any time in our sole discretion for any or no reason, including if, in our opinion, you have violated any provision of these Terms of Use.

IAtlas Services and Technology

Through the IAtlas Web Products, you may purchase the IAtlas Device (“Device”), and subscribe to the IAtlas Services. The Device is a device which attaches to your vehicle. The Device will, in coordination with the IAtlas Services, track movement, and reports those results back to you. You understand that the IAtlas Device is only meant to operate in conjunction with the subscription-based IAtlas Services.

The Device is compatible with all vehicles which have an OBD II port, but it may not be compatible with certain vehicles sold in the United States before 1996, or certain imported vehicles or other makes and models that do not have an OBD II port. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THE IATLAS DEVICE MUST BE PROPERLY INSTALLED, AND USED AS DIRECTED, IN ORDER TO FUNCTION PROPERLY, AND YOU AGREE TO HOLD B2C HARMLESS FOR ANY IMPROPER INSTALLATION OR USE.

The Device and the IAtlas Services are dependent on a number of factors, including an adequate mobile network, GPS information and information from your vehicle While B2C Consulting Inc makes every effort to provide accurate information, these various factors may not always be 100 percent accurate. For instance, mobile networks may be interrupted in certain areas, disrupting the data collected, the technology may experience interruptions of service, GPS coverage may not be available in certain areas, and certain makes and models of vehicles may not provide all relevant data, affecting calculations. Accordingly, you understand and acknowledge that the information provided through the IAtlas Services may not be 100 percent accurate at all times.

Pricing and Fees

Some aspects of the IAtlas Web Products or Services may involve a fee, or purchase price, including without limitation the purchase of the IAtlas Device, and the movement services associated with the IAtlas Services. Any fees or prices associated with these services or products will be clearly delineated at checkout, and by utilizing these paid services or making a purchase through the IAtlas Web Products or Services, you agree to all applicable pricing, payment and billing policies, as set forth in the IAtlas Web Products or Services, or, if applicable, in a separately executed agreement. We may change or amend these fees, as well as pricing, payment and billing policies, at any time, in our sole discretion, and we may add new services for additional fees at any time.

Our IAtlas Services are offered on a month-by-month subscription fee basis, and you will have the option of setting up a recurring automatic payment to continue that subscription. If you wish to cancel your subscription, you agree to provide 30 days written notice of such cancellation by emailing us at contact@thinklpi.com. You agree that you will be charged for your subscription for 30 days following receipt of the cancellation notice. Any payment made for any dates following that 30-day notice period will be refunded, minus shipping and handling costs, on a pro rata basis.

Warranty for IAtlas Device

B2C Consulting Inc provides a six month limited warranty on the IAtlas Device sold through the Website.

This limited warranty does not apply to:

  • 1. cosmetic damage, such as scratches, nicks and dents;
  • 2. consumable parts, such as batteries, unless hardware damage has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship of the hardware;
  • 3. damage caused by abnormal physical or electrical stress, negligence, accident, abuse, misuse, water, flood, fire, or other acts of nature or external causes;
  • 4. damage caused by service or repair performed by anyone who is not an authorized service provider of B2C;
  • 5. damage to hardware which has been modified or altered without the written permission of B2C;
  • 6. hardware which has not been installed, operated, or maintained in accordance with instructions supplied by B2C;
  • 7. hardware which was supplied or licensed for beta, evaluation, testing, or demonstration purposes, and for which B2C Consulting Inc does not charge a purchase price or license fee.

B2C Consulting Inc reserves the right to refuse warranty claims for hardware that is obtained and/or used in contravention of these Terms of Service, any other terms you agree to in connection with your use of the IAtlas Products and Services, or any applicable local laws of any country.

Intellectual Property

The Website and its entire contents, features and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video and audio, and the design, selection and arrangement thereof), are owned by the Company, its licensors or other providers of such material and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

Trademarks

The Company name, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs and slogans are trademarks of the Company or its affiliates or licensors. You must not use such marks without the prior written permission of the Company. All other names, logos, product and service names, designs and slogans on this Website are the trademarks of their respective owners.

Prohibited Use

You may use the IAtlas Web Products and Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms of Use. You agree not to use the IAtlas Web Products or Services in any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local or international law or regulation (including, without limitation, any laws regarding the export of data or software to and from the US or other countries).

Prohibited uses include, without limitation: (1) Using the IAtlas Web Products or Services to violate the legal rights of others; (2) Posting spam, junk mail, chain letters, or any other similar solicitations; (3) Impersonating the Company, any Company employee, or any user or other person of entity (including by using email addresses or account names); (4) collecting information about others (including email addresses) without their consent; (5) Downloading any virus, corrupted data, or other material which is technologically harmful; (6) Copying or monitoring any material on the IAtlas Web Products or Services for any unauthorized purpose; (7) Accessing computers, accounts or networks illegally or without authorization; (8) Engaging in any other conduct which restricts or inhibits use or enjoyment of the IAtlas Web Products or Services, or which, as determined by B2C, may harm the Company or users of the IAtlas Web Products or Services, or expose them to liability.

User Content

B2C Consulting Inc may make certain services available to users that allow users to post content, including without limitation text, images, photographs, comments, transaction reviews, bulletin-board postings, interactions with other users, and other user-created and user-posted materials (“User Content”), to public areas or private portions of the IAtlas Web Products, or through the IAtlas Services.

All User Content is subject to the restrictions set forth in these Terms of Use. If you post any User Content to any portion of the IAtlas Products, you agree not to post any unacceptable User Content (“Unacceptable Content”). Unacceptable Content includes, but is not limited to, User Content that:

  • 1. is obscene, indecent, lewd, or profane, including any User Content that is violent, pornographic, or that otherwise contains nudity or sexual material, or depictions of violent or sexual acts;
  • 2. is abusive, harassing, threatening, inflammatory or otherwise objectionable, including User Content used to harass, threaten, or stalk a person;
  • 3. is unlawful or that could facilitate the violation of any applicable law, regulation, or governmental policy;
  • 4. offers or otherwise disseminates any fraudulent goods, services, schemes or promotions, including pyramid schemes;
  • 5. is libelous, defamatory, knowingly false, or misrepresentative;
  • 6. seeks to impersonate any person or entity, or falsely states or otherwise misrepresents an affiliation with a person or entity;
  • 7. infringes upon the intellectual property rights of any third party, including the copyrights, trademarks, patents, or trade secrets of that third party, or is otherwise posted without the express permission of the owner of such rights;
  • 8. includes any material that is encrypted or that involves the transmission of spamming, unsolicited mass mailing, “junk mail,” or unauthorized advertising;
  • 9. is harmful or malicious to the systems or networks of B2C Consulting Inc or any other persons;
  • 10. interferes with, surreptitiously intercepts, or appropriates any system, program, data, or personal information;
  • 11. otherwise attempts to interfere with the proper working of the Website;
  • 12. violates any obligation of confidentiality or violates the privacy or any other right of any third party;
  • 13. consists of any other User Content that B2C Consulting Inc in its sole discretion deems to be Unacceptable Content.

We are not responsible, or liable to any third party, for the content or accuracy of any User Content posted by you or any other user of the Website. You understand and acknowledge that you are responsible for any User Content you submit or contribute, and you, not the Company, have full responsibility for such content, including its legality, reliability, accuracy and appropriateness.

We reserve the right, our sole discretion, to remove or refuse to post any User Content for any or no reason; to take any action with respect to any User Content that we deem necessary or appropriate in our sole discretion; to disclose your identity or other information about you to any third party who claims that material posted violates their rights; and to terminate or suspend your access to the Website for any or no reason, including without limitation, any violation of these Terms of Use.

We do not undertake to review all material before it is posted on the Website, and cannot ensure prompt removal of objectionable material after it has been posted. Accordingly, we assume no liability for any action or inaction regarding transmissions, communications or content provided by any user or third-party. We have no liability or responsibility to anyone for performance or nonperformance of the activities described in this section.

Without limiting the foregoing, we have the right to fully cooperate with any law enforcement authorities or court order requesting or directing us to disclose the identity or other information of anyone posting any materials on or through the Website. YOU WAIVE AND HOLD HARMLESS THE COMPANY AND ITS AFFILIATES, LICENSEES AND SERVICE PROVIDERS FROM ANY CLAIMS RESULTING FROM ANY ACTION TAKEN BY ANY OF THE FOREGOING PARTIES DURING OR AS A RESULT OF ITS INVESTIGATIONS AND FROM ANY ACTIONS TAKEN AS A CONSEQUENCE OF INVESTIGATIONS BY EITHER SUCH PARTIES OR LAW ENFORCEMENT AUTHORITIES.

Use of Content Supplied by You

Please see our Privacy Policy http://www.iatlas.us for information regarding use of personal information you provide or communicate to B2C.

By posting User Content or engaging in any other form of communication through the IAtlas Web Products or Services, you grant to B2C, and warrant that you have the right to so grant, a royalty-free, perpetual, non-exclusive, unrestricted, worldwide license to use, copy, transmit, display, publish, adapt, modify, distribute, prepare derivative works, publicly perform, or exploit in any way (collectively “Use”) such User Content or communication and to grant and authorize sublicenses of the foregoing for any purpose, including commercial purposes. CONTENT POSTED BY USERS IS NOT ENDORSED BY B2C. The Company does not necessarily endorse, support, or agree with the Content posted by users of the IAtlas Web Products or services. Any User Content placed on the IAtlas Products, or offered through the IAtlas Services, including advice and opinions, is the views and responsibility of those who post the User Content and do not necessarily represent the views of B2C Consulting Inc or its third party service providers. B2C Consulting Inc may (but undertakes no duty to) review, edit, move, or delete any User Content posted on IAtlas Web Products or Services, in its sole discretion without notice. You agree that B2C Consulting Inc and any third-party service providers are not responsible for, and will have no obligation to compensate you or otherwise be in any way liable to you for any User Content posted to the IAtlas Products by you or others, including without limitation Unacceptable Content that violates these Terms of Use.

Third Party Linkage

The IAtlas Web Products may link to third-party sites and third-party sites may link to the IAtlas Web Products. You acknowledge that B2C Consulting Inc has not reviewed and does not endorse the content of third party sites linked to and from B2C Consulting Inc and is not responsible for the content or actions of these other sites, including any third party sites that may display B2C's logo or branding.

You understand that the IAtlas Web Products may directly link to third-party sites, and that you may have the ability to purchase items or engage in transactions with those third-party sites. You acknowledge that any transaction with any third-party site linked to and from the IAtlas Web Products is subject to any agreement or understanding between you and that third-party site. Your linking through the IAtlas Products to any site is at your own risk.

Copyright Complaints

B2C Consulting Inc respects the intellectual property of others, and we ask our users to do the same. B2C Consulting Inc may, in its sole discretion, terminate the access of users, subscribers, and account holders who infringe the copyright rights of others. If you believe that your work has been copied and is accessible through the IAtlas Web Products or Services in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, or that the IAtlas Products or Services contain links or other references to another online location that contains material or activity that infringes your copyright rights, please notify us. Specifically, e-mail us at info@iAtlas.us with the information required by the Online Copyright Infringement Liability Limitation Act of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, 17 USC Section 512, with “B2C, Inc Copyright Agent” in the subject line.

Disclaimer of Warranties

YOUR USE OF THE IATLAS WEB PRODUCTS, THE IATLAS SERVICES, THE IATLAS DEVICE, AND THE PRODUCTS AND SERVICES OF ANY THIRD-PARTY PROVIDERS IS “AS IS” AND AT YOUR OWN RISK. TO THE FULL EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, B2C, LLC, ITS AFFILIATES, AND ANY THIRD PARTY PROVIDERS EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS AND IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ALL WARRANTIES OF TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, TIMELINESS, QUALITY OR RELIABILITY. B2C, LLC AND ITS THIRD PARTY SERVICE PROVIDERS DO NOT WARRANT THAT ACCESS TO THE IATLAS WEB PRODUCTS OR IATLAS SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR THAT THERE WILL BE NO FAILURES, ERRORS OR OMISSIONS, OR LOSS OR SECURITY BREACH OF TRANSMITTED INFORMATION, OR THAT NO VIRUSES, WORMS, TROJAN HORSES, SPYWARE, ADWARE, PHISHING, OR OTHER MALICICIOUS SOFTWARE (MALWARE) WILL BE TRANSMITTED THROUGH ACCESS TO OR USE OF THE IATLAS PRODUCTS OR IATLAS SERVICES.

Limitation of Liability

REGARDLESS OF THE NATURE OF THE CLAIM OR CAUSE OF ACTION AND REGARDLESS OF FORESEEABILITY, B2C, LLC AND ANY THIRD PARTY SERVICE PROVIDERS ARE NOT LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTIES FOR: (A) ANY ACTUAL, DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES OR FOR ANY LOST PROFITS OR REVENUES ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OF USE, THE IATLAS SERVICES, OR THE PURCHASE OF ANY MERCHANDISE ORDERED THROUGH THE IATLAS WEB PRODUCTS OR IATLAS SERVICES; (B) YOUR INABILITY TO ACCESS THE IATLAS WEB PRODUCTS OR IATLAS SERVICES; (C) YOUR USE OF OR RELIANCE ON THE IATLAS SERVICES, THE WEBSITE CONENT, OR MATERIALS AVAILABLE THROUGH THIRD PARTY SITES LINKED TO THE IATLAS WEB PRODUCTS; AND (D) ANY VIRUSES, WORMS, TROJAN HORSES, SPYWARE, ADWARE, PHISHING, OR OTHER MALICICIOUS SOFTWARE (MALWARE) THAT ARE ALLEGED TO HAVE BEEN OBTAINED FROM THE IATLAS WEB PRODUCTS OR SERVICES.

Release

YOU HEREBY AGREE TO RELEASE B2C, AND ANY THIRD-PARTY SERVICE PROVIDERS, AND EACH OF THEIR RESPECTIVE DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS FROM ALL CLAIMS, DEMANDS AND DAMAGES (ANY ACTUAL, DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES OR FOR ANY LOST PROFITS OR REVENUES) OF EVERY KIND AND NATURE, KNOWN AND UNKNOWN, SUSPECTED AND UNSUSPECTED, DISCLOSED AND UNDISCLOSED (“CLAIMS”), ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH: (I) YOUR USE OF THE IATLAS PRODUCTS OR IATLAS SERVICES; (II) ANY OTHER PARTY’S USE, WHETHER AUTHORIZED OR UNAUTHORIZED, OF THE IATLAS PRODUCTS OR IATLAS SERVICES WITH YOUR USERNAME OR PASSWOARD; (III) YOUR VIOLATION OF ANY TERM OF THIS AGREEMENT; (IV) YOUR VIOLATION OF THE RIGHTS OF ANY THIRD-PARTY, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY PRIVACY RIGHTS, PUBLICITY RIGHTS, OR INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS; (V) YOUR VIOLATION OF ANY LAW, RULE OR REGULATION. IF YOU ARE A CALIFORNIA RESIDENT, YOU WAIVE CALIFORNIA CIVIL CODE SECTION 1542, WHICH STATES, IN PART: A GENERAL RELEASE DOES NOT EXTEND TO CLAIMS WHICH THE CREDITOR DOES NOT KNOW OR SUSPECT TO EXIST IN HIS FAVOR AT THE TIME OF EXECUTING THE RELEASE, WHICH IF KNOWN BY HIM MUST HAVE MATERIALLY AFFECTED HIS SETTLEMENT WITH THE DEBTOR.

The Security of the IAtlas Products

We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards and personnel policies that are designed to guard the IAtlas Web Products or Services, our systems, and our users' personal information. Such safeguards include, for example, the use of firewall barriers, encryption techniques and/or authentication procedures. We also store personal information you provide us (e.g. name, email, user name) on a separate server from the geographical and drive score information we collect through the IAtlas Services, so that if one type of information is exposed, the other is not necessarily compromised as well.

Unfortunately, no data that is transmitted over the Internet or stored on servers that can be accessed via the Internet can be guaranteed to be absolutely secure. As a result, while we strive to protect your personal information, B2C Consulting Inc cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you provide to us, and when you provide information to us you do so at your own risk. In the event of a breach of the confidentiality or security of your personal information, we will notify you as necessary so you can take appropriate protective steps. We may notify you under such circumstances using the email address you provided to us when you registered with the IAtlas Products or Services.

Electronic Communications

When you visit the IAtlas Web Products, utilize the IAtlas Services or send emails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically. We may communicate with you by email or by posting notices on the IAtlas Web Products or through the IAtlas Services. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

Jurisdiction and Governing Law

B2C Consulting Inc makes no representation that the Website Content, the Services, or products offered through the IAtlas Web Products are appropriate, available, or legal in any particular location. Those who choose to access the Website, the Website Content, the Services, and other products or services offered through the IAtlas Products or Services, do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws, if and to the extent local laws are applicable. You agree that these Terms of Use, for all purposes, are governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado without regard to its choice-of-law principles. Any action based on or alleging a breach of these Terms of Use must be brought in a state or federal court located in the Denver or Colorado Springs area of Colorado. You agree to submit to the exclusive personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

The IAtlas Web Products and Services are for use in the United States

The IAtlas Web Products and Services are intended for users located in the United States. If you are a user of the IAtlas Web Products and Services from Canada, or from any other jurisdiction, you agree to comply with all federal and state U.S. laws governing the Website, its Services, online conduct, and acceptable Content, and you agree that you are entirely responsible for compliance with all applicable local laws in the country in which you reside, including but not limited to export and import regulations and all applicable laws regarding the transmission of data exported from the United States or the country in which you reside.

Entire Agreement, Severability, Waiver

These Terms of Use, together with any other terms you agree to in connection with your use of the IAtlas Products and Services, including without limitation the Privacy Policy, all applicable pricing, payment and billing terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and B2C Consulting Inc regarding your use of and access to the IAtlas Products and Services. If any provision of these Terms of Use is deemed invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these Terms of Use, which shall remain in full force and effect.

No waiver of any term of these Terms of Use shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term, and B2C’s failure to assert any right or provision under these Terms of Use shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
